Erika Bueno Impressionistic style

What does impressionistic style mean?
It comes from the impressionistic movement which started in Paris around the end of 1800s. The artists started using tones and brushstrokes in a new way showing amazing contrasts of light and shadows.
With every brushstroke I catch the magical atmosphere of the wedding day and transport it to the canvas. Focus is on beautiful contrasts of light and shadows.
The objective is to express the joy and love of this wonderful moment on a forever piece of art.

ABOUT ME

I have 14 years of painting experience and have always been fascinated about the light behind every impressionistic painting.  I started with acrylics but became in love with oil technique.
I have learned a lot from being curious and observing other artists.  During the past years I have joined a few courses in Sweden and Italy.

Today I run Bueno Paint Events and offer with passion live wedding painting.  We also have the pleausre to offer exclusive painting courses and activities for companies and private parties.

I take with me joy, enthusiasm and ..

of course, my palettknife to every event I go!

What is live wedding painting?

It is a painting created at your wedding day. It means that I am at the event and paint live. Your big day will become a unique piece of art. After the wedding I take the painting back with me to the studio and continue working on details and tones.

Your touch

The composition and everything from the spot, people and background - how the painting will look is decided with the couple before the wedding.

Artistic & unique

An exclusive oil impressionistic piece of art is created only for you on your big day. I use high quality canvas & art supplies.

Small paintings can be delivered on the night of the wedding. Have in mind that it is an oil painting and it takes a few weeks in order to completely dry. The delivery is decided according to the couples wish.
